Ken Marino stars as Duncan, a man who is experiencing terrible digestive problems caused by the stress of his job and his difficult marriage to Sarah (Gillian Jacobs). After several unsuccessful medical tests, Duncan discovers that a demon lives inside his intestines, emerging to attack anyone who causes him stress, from his bullying boss to his overbearing mother.
With the help of a quirky therapist (Peter Stormare), Duncan must not only learn to control the demon, who he affectionately names Milo, but also confront the underlying issues causing his stress in the first place. As the body count rises and Milo becomes harder to contain, Duncan must make a choice between his own survival and the safety of those around him.
Filled with gross-out humor and over-the-top gore, Bad Milo parodies both the horror and romantic comedy genres. Along with Marino and Jacobs, the film also stars Stephen Root, Mary Kay Place, and Patrick Warburton.
