The troubled teens are part of a 2nd chance program run by the tough-talking drill instructor, Sergeant McNeil. The program takes them to a remote location in the wilderness for a rigorous boot camp, with the aim of turning them into responsible citizens.
However, things take a turn for the worse when a group of terrorists, led by the ruthless Colonel Tariq, infiltrate the area with the intent of sabotaging the nearby nuclear power plant. The teens stumble upon the terrorists and are captured after a failed attempt to flee.
Stripped of their communication devices and their ability to call for help, the teens soon realize that they are the only ones who can stop the terrorists from carrying out their deadly plan. With no other choice, they team up and use their newfound survival skills to outsmart the heavily armed terrorists.
