Bad Candy is a horror anthology film that follows a group of residents in the town of New Salem on Halloween night. Radio DJs Chilly Billy and Paul share creepy and twisted local myths, which are then brought to life in a series of interconnected stories.
The first story follows a young couple who are stalked by a mysterious figure in a pumpkin mask. In the second story, a group of teenagers break into an abandoned house and unleash an evil spirit. The third story centers around a woman who is haunted by a recurring nightmare, while the fourth story sees a group of trick-or-treaters being terrorized by a maniacal scarecrow.
As the night progresses, the stories become increasingly horrific and the characters' fates intertwine in unexpected ways. Along the way, viewers will witness gruesome deaths, supernatural events, and plenty of Halloween scares.
Bad Candy is directed by Scott Hansen and Desiree Connell, and stars Corey Taylor (best known as the lead singer of Slipknot) and Zach Galligan (known for his role in Gremlins) as the radio DJs. The film also features appearances by Tony Todd (Candyman), Derek Russo (The Haunting of Bly Manor), and Ryan Kiser (House of Manson), among others.
