Back to the Outback is an upcoming animated movie that tells the story of a group of rebellious Australian creatures that are tired of being trapped in a reptile house at a zoo. The group consists of a six-limbed, wisecracking spider named Marnie; a lovelorn tarantula named Frank; a sweet but deadly scorpion named Zoe; a prideful and overly confident snake named Pretty Boy; and a tough-talking lizard named Nail.
Together, this misfit group hatches a plan to escape their captivity and head back to the Outback where they feel they will be free to live their lives as they please. However, their escape is not without its challenges, as they must navigate through the dangerous Australian wilderness while avoiding humans and other predators.
Along the way, the group learns valuable lessons about friendship, acceptance, and sticking together through tough times. As they travel further into the Outback, they encounter a variety of other creatures, both friendly and dangerous, including a gang of ruthless and territorial kangaroos.
