The story follows a group of three gangsters, Kentaro Yamamoto, Ryo Tachibana, and Kazuhiko Sugihara, who are known for their brutal and violent ways in the underworld. However, their boss discovers that they have made a disastrous mistake that cost him a lot of money, and in order to make up for it, he forces them to undergo gender reassignment surgery and become a trio of female pop singers named Airi, Mari, and Chika.

The three men are initially shocked and resistant to the idea, but they eventually agree because they believe they will be able to retain their identity as gangsters in secret while becoming successful idol singers. However, they soon discover that becoming idols is not as easy as it seems, and they struggle with their new feminine roles and the challenges that come with being a pop star.

Throughout the movie, the three characters face various obstacles, such as dealing with obsessive fans, rival idol groups, and their own insecurities. Despite their struggles, they try their best to succeed as idols while also attempting to hide their true identities from everyone around them.
