In Back on the Strip, Merlin is a talented but struggling magician who decides to move to Las Vegas to chase his dreams of becoming famous. He quickly realizes that the competition in the city is fierce and jobs are hard to come by.
One day, Merlin stumbles upon a group of black male strippers called The Chocolate Chips. He is mesmerized by their performances and starts to form a bond with them. The group, impressed by Merlin's natural gifts, invites him to join them on stage as their magician.
As Merlin becomes more involved with The Chocolate Chips, he discovers that the group is facing financial difficulties. They are being threatened with closure by a rival strip club, run by a ruthless businessman named Rico. With his newfound friendship with the group, Merlin decides to use his skills to help them save their club.
Merlin's antics on stage as the magician for The Chocolate Chips become the talk of the town. However, Rico is determined to shut them down, leading to a high-stakes rivalry between the two clubs. Merlin must use all his skills to help his friends, but as he becomes increasingly involved in their world, he must also confront his own prejudices and biases.
