The protagonist, Lisa, is a hardworking travel agent who is up for a promotion at her company. She has been looking forward to a well-deserved tropical vacation but is disappointed when her boss tells her she needs to visit the Ice Hotel in Sweden instead. Lisa reluctantly agrees and heads to Sweden, unsure of what to expect.
When she arrives at the Ice Hotel, Lisa is initially overwhelmed by the freezing temperatures and the unfamiliar surroundings.
