Sissy, a bubbly and naive police cadet, is given her first undercover assignment to infiltrate a maximum security women's prison. Her mission is to gather evidence against the notorious jewel thief, Maggie, who is suspected of planning a heist from inside the prison.
Despite her lack of experience, Sissy manages to gain entry into the prison and befriends Maggie and her crew of fellow inmates, including tough-as-nails Blackie, seductive Crystal, and sweet but dim-witted Bunny. As she spends time with them, Sissy starts to question whether their Criminal behavior is as bad as the world makes it out to be.
But Sissy soon discovers that there is a sinister side to the prison, as she uncovers a plot by the cruel and corrupt Warden to profit from the inmates' labor and keep them in line through fear and abuse. Sissy must navigate the dangerous power struggles between the inmates and the corrupt prison staff while trying to gather evidence against Maggie and her crew.
In the end, Sissy becomes torn between her loyalty to the police force and her newfound friends behind bars, as she must decide where her allegiances lie and how to best bring the corrupt Warden to justice.
