Adam is a successful businessman with a loving wife and two kids. However, despite his comfortable life, he feels unfulfilled and stuck in a rut. One day, a younger, hip coworker introduces him to the world of "millennialism," a lifestyle centered around mindfulness, self-expression, and avocados.
Feeling intrigued and inspired by this new way of living, Adam starts to explore the millennial lifestyle, much to the confusion and concern of his family and friends. He begins to experiment with avocado toast, yoga, meditation, and even quits his job to pursue his passion for photography.
As Adam delves deeper into the millennial world, he finds himself torn between his old life and this new, exciting path. He must navigate the challenges of balancing his responsibilities as a husband and father with his desire for personal growth and self-discovery.
