Avengers: Endgame starts where Infinity War left off, with half of all living creatures in the universe turned to dust. The film revolves around the remaining Avengers – including Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Thor, Hulk, and Hawkeye – attempting to reverse the damage caused by Thanos and bring back their deceased comrades.
After tracking down Thanos and discovering his actions cannot be undone, the Avengers are divided on what to do next. Five years later, Scott Lang/Ant-Man escapes from the quantum realm and proposes a time heist to retrieve the Infinity Stones before Thanos obtained them. With the help of Tony Stark/Iron Man, the remaining Avengers develop a time machine and split up across different points in time to retrieve the stones.
However, their mission is not without challenges, and the Avengers must overcome personal conflicts and deal with unexpected twists in their plans. In the end, a massive battle takes place between the Avengers and Thanos' army, leading to some significant sacrifices and a chance for a new beginning for the universe.
The film marks the end of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Phase Three and culminates in an emotional and action-packed finale that ties up many loose ends from the previous films.
