Asterix and Obelix are sent on a mission by their village to help the chief's second-cousin Anticlimax, who is living in Britain, fight off Julius Caesar and his invading army. Upon arriving in Britain, Asterix and Obelix encounter several eccentric characters, including a group of bumbling soldiers and a druid named Doublehelix.
Despite initial setbacks, Asterix and Obelix eventually team up with Anticlimax's village to defeat the Romans and save Britain from Caesar's tyranny. Along the way, they face numerous obstacles, including treacherous weather, dangerous battles, and even a run-in with a group of Vikings.
Asterix & Obelix: God Save Britannia is a comedic adventure that combines elements of history, fantasy, and slapstick humor. The film's cast includes Gerard Depardieu as Obelix, Edouard Baer as Asterix, and Fabrice Luchini as Julius Caesar.
