Assault on VA-33 follows Jason Hill, a highly decorated veteran who has been struggling with PTSD and anger issues since his return from active duty. He is a regular patient at the Veterans Affairs hospital where his wife, Jennifer, works as a nurse.
One day, while having lunch with Jennifer, the hospital is suddenly taken over by a group of heavily armed terrorists who have a specific target in mind: the head of the US Military's Joint Chiefs of Staff, who happens to be at the hospital for a routine check-up.
