Assassination Nation is a 2018 American black comedy thriller film directed by Sam Levinson and stars Odessa Young, Hari Nef, Suki Waterhouse, and Abra as the four main girls in the film. The film takes place in the fictional town of Salem, where everyone's private information is leaked by a hacker, leading to chaos, violence, and ultimately, a modern-day witch hunt.
Lily, played by Odessa Young, is an average high school student who finds herself at the center of the chaos when her private texts and photos are leaked online. Along with her friends, Bex, Em, and Sarah, Lily tries to navigate the increasingly dangerous and violent world they are living in, all while dealing with their own personal issues and conflicts with one another.
As the situation in Salem spirals out of control, the four girls find themselves facing off against a violent mob of people who are determined to punish those they perceive as responsible for the leaks. The girls resort to extreme measures to protect themselves, resulting in a bloody and intense climax to the film.
