Asphalt Burning follows the story of Roy (Anders Baasmo Christiansen), a former racing driver who is now a freelance mechanic. He is preparing for the wedding of his beloved daughter, but his ex-wife's new partner plans to buy her the same car that Roy lost years ago. This triggers Roy's passion for racing and he decides to enter a race to win the car back. Along with his loyal friends, they embark on a road trip from Norway to Germany, racing through Sweden and Denmark, encountering various obstacles and challenges along the way. The film is a high-stakes adventure filled with action-packed racing scenes, comedic moments and unexpected plot twists.
