In the movie Arthur 3: The War of the Two Worlds, Maltazard has grown larger and more powerful than ever before. He is now on a mission to conquer the world and establish himself as its supreme ruler. To do this, he needs an army of powerful giants to do his bidding.
Meanwhile, Arthur is still only a Minimoy, unable to defend himself against the nefarious Maltazard. With the help of his friends Selenia and Betameche, he comes up with a plan to regain his human size and stop Maltazard's evil plans.
The trio infiltrate Arthur's house through the pipeworks and make their way to his grandfather's study. Along the way, they encounter a number of obstacles, including Maltazard's son Darkos, who is hot on their trail.
Once they arrive in the study, Arthur and his friends must search for an elixir that will restore him to his human size. However, they soon discover that the elixir is guarded by a powerful and dangerous creature, and they must use all of their skills and ingenuity to defeat it.
In the end, Arthur is able to obtain the elixir and return to his human size just in time to battle Maltazard and his minions. With the help of Selenia and Betameche, he leads the charge against Maltazard's army and emerges victorious, saving the world from certain destruction.
