Another Stakeout is a 1993 action-comedy film directed by John Badham, starring Richard Dreyfuss, Emilio Estevez, Rosie O'Donnell, and Dennis Farina. The film is a sequel to the 1987 movie, Stakeout.

The story revolves around two police detectives, Chris (Dreyfuss) and Bill (Estevez), who are assigned to stakeout a lakeside home where a Mafia trial witness (played by Cathy Moriarty) is believed to be hiding. The detectives move into a house nearby, masquerading as a family with Bill pretending to be Chris's son, and O'Donnell portrays a naive assistant district attorney tagging along with them.

At first, their stakeout is uneventful, but things get complicated when a neighbor, a former detective played by Farina, recognizes them and blows their cover. The detectives then have to come up with new ways to keep an eye on the witness while keeping their identities hidden from the Mafia and the neighbor.

As they continue their stakeout, Chris and Bill's relationship becomes strained because of their different approaches to the job. Chris is more cautious and by the book, while Bill is more spontaneous and reckless. However, they eventually learn to work together and come up with a plan to catch the Mafia hitman (played by Miguel Ferrer) who is after the witness.

Another Stakeout features the comedic chemistry between Dreyfuss and Estevez, as well as the witty banter between O'Donnell and Dreyfuss. The film was a box office success, grossing over $20 million at the box office.
