Angus is a 1995 coming-of-age comedy-drama film directed by Patrick Read Johnson and based on a novel by Chris Crutcher. The film follows the titular character, Angus Bethune, a high school student who is constantly bullied and ostracized due to his size and lack of social status. However, Angus has a crush on a popular girl named Melissa Lefevre, who he believes is out of his league.
