Andover is a 2018 American science fiction comedy-drama film directed by Scott Perlman. The film stars Jonathan Silverman as Adam, a widowed genetics professor who clones his deceased wife, Dawn (portrayed by Silverman's real-life wife, Jennifer Finnigan), in an attempt to bring her back to life. As he continues to clone her multiple times, altering her memories and personality with each iteration, he must confront the consequences of his actions and the ethical quandaries of genetic engineering.

The story is set in the fictional town of Andover, where Adam works at a local university as a genetics professor. After losing his wife, Dawn, to a car accident, Adam becomes obsessed with cloning her. With the help of his lab assistant, he manages to create a perfect replica of his late wife, but things don't go as planned. The clone, whom he names "Andi", has no memory of her past life with Adam and struggles to fit in with the world.

As Adam continues to clone Andi, each replica has a different personality and memory, leading to conflicts and complications. One clone becomes an obsessive and violent stalker, while another has an affair with Adam's colleague. Meanwhile, Adam's relationship with his colleague, Claire (played by Scout Taylor-Compton), becomes complicated as he struggles with his feelings for Andi and his guilt over his scientific experimentation.

As the clones become more numerous and the consequences of Adam's actions become more severe, he is forced to confront the moral implications of his work and the price he must pay for playing God with science. The film ultimately questions the limits of technology and the price of searching for immortality.
