The two brothers, Dylan and Cooper, are desperate for money and see the large stash of opioids as their ticket to a better life. Along the way, they navigate through various challenges, including run-ins with law enforcement, rival drug dealers, and their own personal demons.
As they make their way towards Alaska, tensions between the brothers begin to rise. Dylan becomes increasingly reckless and erratic, while Cooper tries to keep his sibling in check. In the California desert, a heated argument between the two escalates into a violent altercation, leaving one of them dead and the other deeply traumatized.
The surviving brother, haunted by guilt and remorse, continues on his journey alone, struggling to cope with the consequences of their crimes and the weight of his own moral failings.
