As the escaped super-anacondas wreak havoc on the local community, a team of scientists and hunters assemble to track down the deadly serpents and prevent them from inflicting further damage. Led by Dr. Amanda Hayes (played by Crystal Allen), the team includes the aforementioned big game hunter Hammett (John Rhys-Davies) and herpetologist Jackson (David Hasselhoff). However, as they venture deeper into the jungle, they soon realize that the anacondas are not the only threat facing them, as they encounter hostile mercenaries and must navigate treacherous terrain to survive.
Meanwhile, Peter Murdoch (Ryan McCluskey), the wealthy businessman behind the blood orchid extract, seeks to cover up his involvement in the creation of the super-anacondas and comes into conflict with the team as they uncover the truth behind the deadly creatures. As the body count rises and tensions escalate, Dr. Hayes must put her scientific expertise to the test to stop the anacondas before they unleash havoc on a global scale.
