Amy is a college student who has always played by the rules and followed her parents' expectations. However, when she receives news that she has a life-threatening illness, she realizes that she hasn't truly lived her life. With the help of her rebellious and adventurous sister Mary, Amy creates a "F**k It List" of all the things she's always wanted to do but has been too afraid to try.
The list includes everything from skinny dipping to skydiving and even breaking the law. As Amy and Mary check off items on the list, they begin to reconnect and strengthen their relationship. Along the way, they also encounter a cast of quirky and eccentric characters who help them on their journey.
However, as Amy's health begins to deteriorate, the sisters must come to terms with their mortality and the impact they want to leave on the world. Together, they decide to use the remaining time they have to make a difference and set things right in the world.
