Jim and Michelle decide to have a small, intimate wedding in Michelle's parents' backyard. They face a variety of obstacles leading up to the wedding, including Jim accidentally inviting Michelle's parents to a surprise bachelor party that Stifler planned in a gay bar. Meanwhile, Stifler tries to prove himself as a responsible adult to impress Michelle's younger sister, Cadence, who he is attracted to.
Throughout the film, Jim's dad continues to offer advice that is often awkward and embarrassing, causing tension between him and Jim. Additionally, Jim's former high school crush, Nadia, returns and tries to seduce him, causing even more stress for Jim and Michelle.
Despite these challenges, Jim and Michelle eventually tie the knot in a beautiful ceremony in front of their friends and family. Stifler redeems himself by performing a heartfelt toast, and Jim's dad finally gives him some useful advice on how to be a good husband. The movie ends with the newlyweds driving off into the sunset, ready to start their new life together.
