After saving his old friend, Army Ranger Joe Armstrong and his team are sent to investigate a series of mysterious disappearances on a remote Caribbean island. They soon discover that the island is home to a secret operation led by a powerful criminal known as "The Lion", who has kidnapped a local scientist and is using his skills to mass-produce an army of genetically enhanced Ninja warriors.
When Joe's team is taken down by the powerful ninjas, he finds himself alone and outnumbered, forced to rely on his years of training as a ninja to take down the enemy and rescue the scientist. Along the way, he teams up with a beautiful local girl named Lia, who helps him navigate the dangerous terrain and evade the enemy's traps.
Despite facing overwhelming odds, Joe discovers a secret weapon that can help him defeat the Ninjas and take down The Lion once and for all. With Lia by his side, he must use all of his skills and training to confront his enemy in a final showdown that will determine the fate of the island and everyone on it.
