American Idiots is a 2013 comedy-adventure film directed by Robert Taleghany. The story follows the journey of four friends; Brian (Nick Faltas), Marty (Christopher Fazio), Jules (Sean Michael Afable), and recently heartbroken Seth (Dan Haggerty), who decides to embark on a road trip from New Jersey to Las Vegas in an old RV.
Their mission is to stop the wedding of their friend, Danny (Evan Ferrante), who is about to marry his long-time girlfriend, Karen (Kendra Munger). The group believes that Danny is making a mistake, and that Karen is not his true love. Their plan is to reunite Danny with his high school sweetheart, Allison (Jillian Leigh), who they believe is the love of his life.
Along the way, the group faces a series of mishaps and encounters with strange characters. They get lost in the desert, run out of gas, and even get into a bar fight. Despite numerous setbacks, they persevere and eventually make it to Vegas.
When they finally reach the wedding venue, they disrupt the ceremony and reveal Danny's true feelings for Allison. After a heart-to-heart talk, Danny realizes that he still loves Allison and calls off the wedding. The four friends then celebrate their success and enjoy the rest of their time in Vegas.
