In Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet the Wolfman, Alvin becomes convinced that their new neighbor, Mr. Talbot, is a werewolf after seeing him acting strangely during a full moon. Despite his brothers' skepticism, Alvin continues to investigate and even enlists the help of their friend, the bookish Eleanor.
Meanwhile, the Chipmunks are also struggling with their school play, Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde. Alvin's reckless behavior causes him to be removed from the production, leaving the timid Theodore to take his place as Mr. Hyde.
As the play approaches, Alvin and Simon continue to try and prove that Mr. Talbot is a werewolf. They soon discover that he's been taking a special medication that turns him into a more assertive version of himself during the full moon. When Mr. Talbot accidentally takes too much of the medication, he transforms into a full-fledged werewolf.
The Chipmunks must navigate their own personal dramas as well as protect their town from their werewolf neighbor before it's too late. Along the way, they learn important lessons about teamwork, friendship, and self-confidence. Despite the chaos and mishaps, the school play ends up being a success, with Theodore proving to be a scene-stealer as Mr. Hyde.
