The movie Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds is a South Korean fantasy drama film released in 2017. It is based on a webtoon of the same name by Joo Ho-min. The film was directed by Kim Yong-hwa and it stars Ha Jung-woo, Cha Tae-hyun, Ju Ji-hoon, and Kim Hyang-gi.

The story revolves around firefighter Kim Ja-hong (played by Cha Tae-hyun), who dies unexpectedly while on duty. He is taken to the afterlife by three afterlife guardians: Gang-lim (played by Ha Jung-woo), Haewonmak (played by Ju Ji-hoon), and Lee Deok-choon (played by Kim Hyang-gi).

In the afterlife, Ja-hong discovers that he has to pass seven trials in order to prove that he was innocent in his human life. If he fails any of the trials, he will be sent to the underworld and suffer eternal damnation.

The trials are designed to test Ja-hong's virtues such as courage, sacrifice, and honesty. Each trial is also connected to a particular memory from his life, which allows Ja-hong to reflect on his past and understand the reasons for his actions.

Throughout his trials, Ja-hong is often aided by his afterlife guardians, who help him navigate the challenges he faces. However, they also have their own agendas and secrets that they keep from Ja-hong.

As Ja-hong progresses through the trials, he discovers the truth about his past and the people around him. He also learns the value of forgiveness, love, and redemption.

The movie mixes elements of fantasy, drama, and action to create a compelling story about the afterlife and the human condition. Its stunning visual effects, soundtrack, and performances have made it a hit with audiences worldwide.
