All of Me is a 1984 comedy film that stars Steve Martin as Roger Cobb, a lawyer who is hired by Edwina Cutwater (Lily Tomlin), a wealthy but terminally ill woman who believes in the transmigration of souls. Edwina asks Cobb to amend her will so that she can pass her soul to the young, vibrant Terry Hoskins (Victoria Tennant).

However, when Edwina dies, the transference goes awry and her soul enters Roger's body instead of Terry's. Roger is now forced to share his body with Edwina, who is determined to get back at her former business partners who cheated her out of her share of the family fortune.

The plot of the movie turns into a hilarious battle of wills between Roger and Edwina, as they struggle to control his body. As Edwina manipulates Roger's body to meet her goals, certain physical attributes of his body become hers as well.

As the story progresses, Roger and Edwina grow closer, and they both discover that they have much to learn from each other. The film culminates in a heartwarming finale where Roger and Edwina find a way to make peace and embrace their new life together.
