Agatha's Final Farewell: A Murderous Night in London

Agatha and the Midnight Murders is a fictionalized account of a real-life event in Agatha Christie's life during World War II. The film follows Agatha Christie, played by Helen Baxendale, who is struggling with writer's block while bombs fall on London during the Blitz. In an effort to break through her creative slump, Agatha decides to kill off her most famous creation, Hercule Poirot.

Meanwhile, a series of murders begin to occur in London, and the killer is targeting characters from Christie's novels. The detective in charge of the case, Detective Inspector Donald McPherson, played by Blake Harrison, believes that the killer is trying to send a message to Agatha Christie. In order to catch the killer, McPherson enlists the help of the author herself, who is able to draw on her own knowledge of crime and mystery to help solve the case.

As the investigation progresses, Agatha begins to question whether the killer is trying to punish her for killing off Poirot. The film is a thrilling mystery that blends fact and fiction to tell an intriguing story about one of the world's most beloved authors.
