Agatha and the Curse of Ishtar is a made-for-TV movie that premiered in 2019. The story is set in 1928, when the famous author Agatha Christie (played by Lyndsey Marshal) travels to Iraq to join her archaeologist husband, Max Mallowan (Jonah Hauer-King), on a dig near the ancient city of Ur.
