Acrimony is a 2018 American psychological thriller film directed by Tyler Perry. The movie is about a faithful wife named Melinda, played by Taraji P. Henson, who has sacrificed everything for her husband Robert, played by Lyriq Bent. She supports him financially, emotionally, and even puts her education on hold to help him get his engineering degree.
