Ace & the Christmas Miracle is a 2014 Christmas comedy film directed by John Murlowski and written by Michael Konyves. The film follows the story of Tony, a kind-hearted con man who is in debt to Big Freddie, a ruthless criminal. Tony is given a chance to change his life when he meets Amanda, a single mother who wants him to kidnap her brother's horse, Ace.
When Tony tries to kidnap Ace, he finds himself face to face with the wisecracking horse, who can talk. Shocked by this discovery, Tony learns that Ace is a retired racehorse who has a lot of wisdom and knowledge about the world of horse racing.
After spending time with Ace, Tony learns that the horse has a special gift - he can communicate with other racehorses. The two of them hatch a plan to make money by entering Ace in the New Year's Day derby, with the help of the other racehorses.
