In the film Abandoned, Stacey and her husband Mark decide to move to a remote farmhouse in the middle of nowhere after the birth of their son. Stacey is struggling with postpartum depression, and the couple hopes that the change of scenery will help her recover.
However, things quickly take a turn for the worse. Stacey's mental state deteriorates rapidly, and she becomes convinced that their son is in danger from the evil spirits that seem to haunt the old farmhouse. Mark is skeptical at first, but as he begins to witness strange occurrences himself, he realizes that something is terribly wrong.
As Stacey's psychosis intensifies, the couple begins to uncover disturbing secrets about the history of the farmhouse. They discover that several families have lived in the property over the years, and all of them have been plagued by tragedy.
Ultimately, Stacey's delusions threaten to tear the couple apart, and they must fight for their survival against the malevolent force that is trying to destroy them. With unexpected twists and a shocking finale, Abandoned is a dark and haunting tale of horror and madness.
