The movie A Woman follows the story of a young woman named Jeanne who falls deeply in love with a famous novelist named Salvatore, who is grieving the loss of his wife. Jeanne travels with Salvatore to his home in Southern Italy, where she is swept up in the romance and beauty of the coastal town.
However, as Jeanne spends more time with Salvatore, she becomes increasingly obsessed with the memory of his dead wife. She begins to pore through old photographs and letters, trying to uncover more information about the woman who stole Salvatore's heart.
