A Werewolf Boy

Fantasy,Romance  South Korea

A Werewolf Boy is a South Korean fantasy drama film that tells the story of an elderly woman named Sun-yi who visits a country cottage that she lived in as a child. The cottage has been abandoned for years and is now in a state of disrepair. During her visit, Sun-yi remembers a boy she had known from 47 years ago, who had lived there with her family.

The boy, who is revealed to be a werewolf, had been found by Sun-yi's father and taken in as a project, hoping to teach him basic skills and the ways of society. Initially, the boy appears wild and untrained, but as he spends more time with Sun-yi and her family, he begins to learn how to communicate and control his animalistic tendencies.

As the bond between the boy and Sun-yi grows stronger, conflicts arise when other villagers become aware of the boy's existence and fear him. This eventually leads to tragic events that force Sun-yi to leave the cottage and the boy behind.

Years later, Sun-yi learns that the boy is still alive and living in the same cottage, now grown and still a werewolf. She returns to the cottage to find him once again, hoping to reconnect and make amends for the past.

The film delves into themes of love, loneliness, and acceptance, as Sun-yi struggles to come to terms with her past while confronting the reality of the boy's existence as a werewolf.
