A Serbian Film is a 2010 Serbian horror film directed by Srdjan Spasojevic. The movie follows Milos (Srdjan Todorovic), who is a retired porn star struggling to make ends meet for his wife (Jelena Gavrilovic) and young son (Luka Mijatovic). He is approached by a former colleague, Lejla (Katarina Zutic), who offers him a role in an "art" film that promises to be the most lucrative project of his career.

Milos agrees to the project, but quickly realizes that the true nature of the film is far more sinister and depraved than he had anticipated. As filming progresses, Milos is subjected to a series of increasingly disturbing and graphic sexual acts, including rape, necrophilia, and pedophilia.

The director of the film, Vukmir (Sergej Trifunovic), is revealed to be a sadistic and megalomaniacal mastermind behind the project, who is obsessed with pushing the boundaries of artistic expression and capturing "authentic" reactions from his actors. Milos is unable to leave the shoot, as he is bound by a contract and threatened with harm to his family if he doesn't comply.

The film culminates in an orgy of violence and depravity, as Milos is forced to participate in the brutal killing of his own family in front of a live audience. In the final scene, Milos is shown to have been drugged and conditioned to forget his actions, as Vukmir reveals that the entire film was a twisted experiment in social engineering and mind control.

A Serbian Film has been widely criticized for its extreme and graphic content, which includes depictions of rape, pedophilia, and murder. The film has been banned in several countries and has been the subject of controversy and debate regarding the ethics of cinematic violence and exploitation.
