After being cut off by her wealthy parents, Angie Moore realizes that she needs to get married in order to access her inheritance. Believing that she can easily find a man who is willing to marry her for her money, Angie sets out on a mission to find the perfect husband before Christmas.
As she goes on a series of disastrous dates and encounters with various men, Angie begins to lose hope that she will ever find someone who truly loves her for who she is, and not for her bank account. Along the way, however, she meets an unexpected candidate who might just be the one.
As the days leading up to Christmas tick down, Angie must decide whether to follow her heart and marry for love or stick to her original plan and marry for money. In the end, she learns that true love is worth more than any amount of money or inheritance.
