Olivia is an aspiring novelist who has just ended a long-term relationship with her boyfriend. She is struggling to find inspiration for her next novel and decides to take a break and travel to a tropical paradise.
Meanwhile, Prince Alexander is feeling overwhelmed with his duties as a royal and needs some time away from the pressures of his scheduled life. He too decides to take a trip to the same tropical paradise.
When Olivia and Alexander meet, sparks fly, and they quickly hit it off. As their connection grows stronger, Olivia learns that Alexander is actually a prince who is set to marry a member of royalty soon to maintain the stability of the kingdom.
Despite this, Olivia and Alexander can't resist their feelings and decide to spend more time together. However, their budding relationship is threatened by the gossip and scrutiny surrounding a prince falling in love with a commoner.
