A Man of Integrity follows the story of Reza, a man who has settled in a rural area with his wife and son to live a simple life and run a fish farm. Despite being content with his peaceful existence, a private company with connections to corrupt officials constantly harasses him to sell his land.
The company's desire to acquire Reza's property is due to its valuable location and resources. They use intimidation tactics such as vandalizing his property, threatening his family, and even bribing his workers to turn against him.
Reza's strong moral compass motivates him to resist the company's unjust attempts to destroy his livelihood. His defiance not only puts himself in danger but also puts a strain on his family and his relationship with his wife.
As the pressure from the company increases, Reza becomes more isolated and paranoid. He starts to question the intentions of those around him, including his own family and friends. Eventually, Reza is trapped in a vicious cycle of corruption, betrayal, and violence, which leaves him wondering whether he can keep his integrity intact.
