He even puts his life on the line several times to pull off his scheme, earning both the trust and suspicion of the Rojo brothers. Meanwhile, Sheriff Baxter is caught in the middle of the conflict, trying to restore order and protect the town. As the tension builds between the Rojo brothers and the stranger, a violent showdown ensues. In the end, the stranger emerges victorious, having outsmarted and outfought his opponents. A Fistful of Dollars is known for its iconic score composed by Ennio Morricone, as well as its revolutionary use of close-ups, striking landscapes, and epic gunfights.
