In A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, Peppermint Patty famously invites herself and several other friends over to Charlie Brown's house for Thanksgiving dinner. Charlie Brown, who is not prepared for a big feast, is initially overwhelmed by the task at hand. However, with the help of Linus, Snoopy, and Woodstock, the gang is able to prepare a makeshift dinner of popcorn, buttered toast, jelly beans, and pretzel sticks. While Peppermint Patty initially protests the unconventional meal, she eventually realizes the true spirit of Thanksgiving and expresses gratitude for her friends.
