The group of five women includes Jess, Aubrey, Donna, Rachel, and Michelle. They plan to spend the weekend camping, hiking, and smoking marijuana in the forests of California. However, they unknowingly stray into the territory of a cannabis cultivation farm run by a group of ruthless drug dealers.
The women come across a man who has been brutally murdered, and they soon realize they are being hunted by the drug dealers. Armed with machetes, axes, and other weapons, the drug dealers are determined to eliminate anyone who trespasses on their territory. The women must fight for their lives and use their survival skills to outwit their deadly pursuers.
