4 Little Girls is a 1997 documentary film directed by Spike Lee. The film tells the story of the bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama, on September 15, 1963, which killed four African American girls: Denise McNair, Carole Robertson, Addie Mae Collins, and Cynthia Wesley.
