The movie begins with three young brothers, Rocky, Colt and TumTum, visiting their grandfather in a small town in the desert. While exploring the area, they come across an Indian reservation that is being threatened by a toxic waste dump that is owned by the wealthy and powerful businessman, Jack Harding.

Through their friendship with a Native American boy named Jo, the brothers learn that Jo's father has gone missing while trying to gather evidence to stop the toxic waste from being dumped. The boys team up with Jo and a group of local activists to locate Jo's father and the evidence he has collected.

As they navigate their way through the dangers and obstacles in the town, the boys become entangled in a plot by Harding to silence anyone who opposes his plans. This includes an encounter with a group of cowboys and a motorcycle gang, all of whom are in Harding's pocket.

Despite the odds against them, the boys use their martial arts skills and quick thinking to outwit their opponents and ultimately uncover the evidence needed to stop the toxic waste from being dumped.

In the end, the brothers are hailed as heroes by the local community and the Indian tribe they have helped to save. They leave town knowing that they have made a positive difference in the lives of the people they have met along the way.
