The movie is set in a post-apocalyptic world where the rage virus has wiped out almost the entire population of the British Isles. The film begins with a small group of survivors being rescued by the military and taken to a safe zone located in District One of London. The safe zone is heavily guarded and every precaution is taken to ensure the virus does not spread.
However, as time passes, the survivors become restless and decide to break the rules by leaving the safe zone. Unfortunately, one of them carries the deadly virus within them and unwittingly unleashes it on the safe zone, leading to chaos and destruction. The military is forced to take extreme measures to contain the outbreak, including cutting off all communication with the outside world and planning to kill any survivor on sight.
Meanwhile, the two main characters, Don and Alice, are siblings who were separated during the initial outbreak. Don reunites with Alice after she is found alive outside of the safe zone, but things quickly turn sour when Don realizes that Alice may be a carrier of the virus. The two siblings must navigate the dangerous landscape of a destroyed London while trying to avoid being killed by both the infected and the military.
As the plot unfolds, it becomes clear that the new outbreak is far more dangerous than the first, with the infected exhibiting increased strength and aggression. The story culminates in a thrilling chase through the streets of London as Don and Alice race against time to find a cure and survive the military's deadly plans.
