Throughout the movie, the group of students, led by Ben, use their math skills to count cards and make millions of dollars at various casinos in Las Vegas. However, they must also navigate the dangerous world of underground gambling and avoid being caught by the casino security team led by the ruthless Cole Williams. As the stakes get higher, tensions rise within the group as they struggle to maintain their friendship and secrecy while also dealing with the consequences of their actions. Along the way, Ben also meets and falls in love with fellow student Jill, but their relationship is complicated by their involvement in the card-counting scheme.
