The movie 12 Suicidal Teens follows the story of twelve teenagers who have made a pact to meet at an abandoned hospital to end their lives. However, when they arrive, they discover the body of a dead boy and realize that someone else must be in the building with them.
As they start to investigate, they begin to suspect one another, and the personal reasons for their suicide attempts are slowly revealed. One girl is escaping an abusive family, while another boy feels the pressure of living up to his family's expectations.
