Nick Malloy (played by Randy Orton) is an experienced EMT who is haunted by the memory of a mistake he made in the past that resulted in the loss of a patient. One day, while responding to an emergency call, Nick finds himself kidnapped by a mysterious man named Heller (played by Brian Markinson). Heller introduces Nick to a deadly game of 12 rounds where he must complete a series of challenges, each more dangerous than the last, in order to save his wife Sarah (played by Cindy Busby) who is being held captive.
As Nick begins to compete in the game, he discovers that the challenges are all linked to his past mistake. Heller, who is seeking revenge on Nick, has carefully orchestrated the game to force Nick to confront his guilt and shame. As the rounds progress, Nick becomes increasingly desperate to save his wife and finally confronts Heller in a final showdown.
The movie is full of adrenaline-fuelled action sequences, including car chases, shootouts, and fistfights. Randy Orton delivers a convincing performance as the tortured hero who must fight both his past and his present to save the woman he loves. Fans of action movies will enjoy the fast-paced plot and intense atmosphere, while anyone who has struggled with guilt and regret will relate to Nick's journey towards redemption.
